Ashley Womack does not accept any healthcare insurance at this time. This provider is considered an out of network mental healthcare provider. Ashley Womack will provide her clients with a super bill (a detailed service receipt) which can be submitted to their insurance carrier for reimbursement if they have a PPO. For more information, the provider recommends clients to contact their insurance provider for additional information about out of network service benefits/reimbursement.
*Our Service Rates
Adult Initial psychiatric evaluation: $200 (Includes a 60 to 90-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and a 1:1 psychoeducation treatment planning session). *This service is recommended for clients who are not seeking perinatal/postpartum mental health care services, or formal ADHD assessment with neuropsychological testing.
Adult Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health Care Services: $250
This service includes a 60-120-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, perinatal/postpartum psychoeducation counseling, and development of a perinatal/ postpartum psychiatric treatment plan). *This service is recommended for clients who are seeking preconception mental health care counseling, perinatal mental health care, or postpartum mental health care services.
Adult ADHD Initial Psychiatric Evaluation with ADHD TOVA Testing: $300 for adult clients (This service Includes a 90–120-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, ADHD TOVA test session, and development of a psychiatric treatment plan). *This service is recommended for clients who are seeking formal ADHD evaluation and neuropsychological testing.
Follow-up Visit (Medication management) without treatment plan modifications: $75 (Includes a 30-minute follow-up assessment with medication management and medication refills).
Follow-up Visit (Medication management) with treatment plan modifications: $110 (Includes a 30–40-minute follow-up assessment with medication management, medication refills, and modification to an existing medication treatment plan if appropriate).
Brief Check-in visits: All established clients are offered one free brief 15-minute check-in visit in between normal scheduled follow-up visits.
Brief check-in visits will offer our clients the opportunity to ask the provider any additional questions about their current treatment plan or report any changes that may develop. *Formal treatment modifications will not be performed during these brief check-in sessions. Times may vary depending on our providers daily caseload.
There will be an additional $45 fee for any subsequent brief check-in visits requested by the established client in between normal scheduled follow-up visits.

At DUO Mental Health, our providers offer a variety of mental healthcare services to adult clients (ages 18-65).
*Our providers are only accepting DE clients at this time for both virtual and in-person visits at our primary DE office location.

*At this time, DUO Mental Health offers ADHD comprehensive evaluation, Neuropsychological Testing, ADHD counseling, and medication treatment services for in-person visits only.

Yes! At DUO Mental Health, our providers offer both in-person and remote Telehealth visits to our clients.
We perform all Telehealth visits via a secured HIPPA compliant remote platform called Doxy.me. Doxy.me offers a variety of interactive therapeutic tools for the provider and client to utilize during live Telepsychiatry visits.
*ADHD Evaluations and Testing is only offered for in-person visits
*We do not offer walk-in visits

At the initial 60-90 minute evaluation session, our providers will focus on building a positive therapeutic relationship we the client. Our providers strive to always create a safe and judgment free environment for all clients.
The provider will perform a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, gathering pertinent assessment information to aid in the formulation of an accurate mental health diagnosis and the development of an individualized treatment plan.

Medication management visits consist of routine 15-30 minute follow-up sessions, where our providers perform ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clients overall mental health status. We will discuss the clients present symptoms and evaluate medication effectiveness.
*Medication management visits are normally performed every 4 weeks for new clients. Once the client has stabilized on their current treatment plan, medication management visits will be performed every 2-3 months.
Brief psychotherapy interventions are also offered at each follow-up visit based on the clients individualized treatment plan.
*Modifications to the clients current treatment plan or medication regimen will only be performed by the provider at formal medication management follow-up visits. Modifications to a clients treatment plan will not be performed via email or phone.

At DUO Mental Health, our providers want to ensure that our clients feel supported and guided during each step of their mental healthcare treatment. We understand that our clients may have questions related to their active treatment plan and may want to report any changes that may develop.
Our providers welcome clients to call the office during normal business hours or securely message the provider for any questions related to their current treatment plan.
*All client emails and phone messages will be returned within 24-72 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
When established client’s call with questions that can be discussed briefly, a fee will not be charged. If questions require formal evaluation, assessment, or treatment planning discussion (for example, any medication change), clients will kindly be asked if to schedule a formal office or virtual appointment (above service rates apply).
*We offer our established clients the opportunity to schedule one brief 15-minute check-in session in between their normal scheduled follow-up visits.
*If you are having a psychiatric emergency, please call 988, 911, or immediately go to your nearest emergency department. Additional psychiatric crisis resources are located on the resource page.

*Texting is never an appropriate form of communication and business lines may not accept texts. Furthermore, your provider is not responsible for responding to any information sent via text.

At this time, DUO Mental Health providers do not have admitting privileges at local hospitals, a psychiatric crisis line, or support team answering phones during evenings, holidays and weekends. DUO Mental Health providers offer mental health interventions to treat clients with mild to moderate mental health needs.
During the initial 15-minute consultation session, our providers will assess for any history of suicide attempts, inpatient psychiatric admissions, and psychosis. Client’s may be referred out of our practice, if the provider assesses that DUO Mental Health does not offer the resources to safely care for an individual’s acute or severe mental health needs.
