Hello, my name is Ashley, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of DUO Mental Health LLC. As a psychiatric provider, I specialize in women’s mental health, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and reproductive psychiatry.

With over 10 years of behavioral healthcare experience in the field of nursing, I knew I was destined to utilize my kindness, warm spirit, empathy, and authentic caregiver nature to support a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions.

My mission as a psychiatric provider is to deliver safe, supportive, individualized care aimed at identifying the root causes of various mental health conditions.

I know intimately how the journey to optimum mental well-being can be challenging through every stage of womanhood. I like to view the care I provide to my clients as the start of a unique individualized therapeutic journey that we take together.

On this therapeutic journey, I prioritize safety, respect, and autonomy, while transparently voicing to my clients that the path ahead will at times be non-linear.

My ultimate goal as a mental health provider is not to merely provide my clients with minimal therapeutic resources to last only a season, but rather to provide individualized, person-centered mental healthcare that offers a lifetime of support on their mental health journey!
